At Figure 8, we concentrate our efforts in comfortable speed skates for use on the Ottawa Rideau canal.  We carry Zandstra brand speed skates made in Holland.  From low cup to high cup blades and shorttrack skates we have something for you.

We also carry skate guards long enough for speed skates, blade covers, sharpening jigs and all the stones you need to perform your own sharpening.

Our service department houses an advance rockering machine to allow our service techniciens to perform precise rockering or contours of all types of speed skating blades.  We sharpen all our speed skates by hand (48 hours turn around is required)
